Under Jeffs ownership at Roers Companies, he led the team to over 20% YOY growth in revenue to end the year with $16MM in revenue. Jeff also led the groundwork in starting Roers General Contracting (RGC), building a business plan to vertically integrate this profitable business as a new business line and hiring the first few RGC employees.
